Joseph Franklin Klatt Graduates from the
University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law as Valedictorian in May 2008

Joseph also was Distinguished Graduating Senior Day Division, Order of the Coif and Editor In Chief of the McGeorge Law Review. 
Joseph was awarded 8 Witkins, graduated number 1 in his class and Witkined half of his law school course units.

January 2006: 2005 REBA President Dr. Joseph Klatt hands the President's gavel to 2006 REBA President Patrick J. Park signifying the transfer of the Presidency of REBA.

Dr. Joe Klatt receives from Joe Graham a plaque from the La Jolla Real Estate Brokers Association recognizing and in appreciation of his 16 years of service on the Board of Directors.  Four of those years Dr. Klatt served as REBA President.  Joe Graham is REBA President Emeritus.

La Jolla Real Estate Brokers' Mediation Demonstration

On August 25, 2005, Dr. Joseph Klatt, Susan Garrett, Esq., Gregg
Relyea, Esq., Mike Stalsby and Alessandra Sgubini presented a Mediation
Demonstration at REBA headquarters for REBA members entitled, "The 100-Year
Rains" in which Dr. Klatt was the Real Estate Broker, Susan Garrett was the
buyer, Gregg Relyea was the mediator, Mike Stalsby was the Homeowners
Association Property Manager and Alessandra Sgubini was the seller.  Dr.
Klatt is a Real Estate Broker and a mediator, Susan Garrett, Esq. is an
attorney, law professor and a mediator, Gregg Relyea, Esq. is an attorney,
law professor and mediator, Mike Stalsby is a Real Estate agent and a law
student at Abraham Lincoln University School of Law and Alessandra Sgubini
is an Italian attorney, mediator and CEO of Bridge Mediation LLC.

The panel demonstrated a mediation with a role play in which Susan Garrett was the seller, Lucia Bruno was her agent, Gregg Relyea was the buyer, Mike Stalsby was his agent and Dr. Klatt was the mediator.

Joseph Dean Klatt's Ancestry

The 1926 Kansas State University graduating class for the School of Veterinary Medicine.  Dr. Walter Wisnicky, Father of Naomi Klatt, is pictured in the bottom row center.  Dr. Wisnicky's career included the appointment to the position of Wisconsin State Veterinarian by the Governor of Wisconsin which sent him monthly to Washington, D.C. to meet with President Harry S Truman.  Dr. Wisnicky was the University of Wisconsin Professor of Genetics.  Dr. Joseph Dean Klatt is Dr. Wisnicky's grandson.
